*Registration Procedures*

Arrival & Registration time for all camps is Monday 2-3 p.m.
Pick up times: Junior age-NOON on Friday
Jr. & Sr. High-10a.m. on Saturday
The total registration fee is due on or before May 31. (You may still reg. after this time.)
Of this amount, $10 is non-refundable. Make Checks payable to: Pioneer Bible Camp.

Pre -Registration: Register early to insure your child?s spot at camp!! Send $10 (non refundable) with your application form to reserve your place. The remainder of the camp fee is due on or before May 31st. We will still accept registrations after this date if there are spaces available.

Limited space: Due to limited space, campers may only register for one week of camp.
A 2nd week of camp is available only on a standby basis. Call Camp (801-745-3998) after 5pm on Mon. to check availability
We cannot register anyone after 10 a.m. on the 2nd day of camp
We cannot honor requests for campers to leave during camp for any outside activities.

Camp Discounts: Camp offers special discounts for families with multiple members attending PBC. The listed price will be reduced by $5 for the 2nd camper, $10 for the 3rd camper, etc.

Camp Scholarships: Many of our affiliated churches have their own scholarship programs for teens and children who would like to attend PBC. Please check with your church to see if such a program exists. If this is not available, you can apply for a scholarship by contacting PBC?s office (ph: 801-745-4726, hrs 9am-6pm Mon-Fri).

Cancellations: In the case that you must cancel your reservation for camp, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fill your spot. All moneys will be refunded excluding the pre-registration fee.

*Necessary Information Before You Arrive*

Roommate Request Policy: Our goal is to accommodate as many roommate requests as possible. However, we can only do this when two campers of the same age request each other on their registration forms. Please do not request more than one roommate. Sorry, no requests at sign in.

Clothing Policy:
-No short shorts or short tops, no tank tops or tight clothes/over-sized clothes
-No clothes with offensive advertising or wording
-One piece swimsuits only with a dark t-shirt for girls
-Pants or jeans required for evenings

Items to Bring:
[ ] Bible, notebook & pen [ ] Toiletries, towel & washcloth
[ ] Sleeping bag, pillow, flashlight [ ] Swimsuit & dark t-shirt for lake
[ ] Hiking boots & extra shoes [ ] Money for crafts & general store (approx. $20)
[ ] Offering for speaker (optional) [ ] Sweatshirt/jacket for evenings

Items NOT to Bring:
-Alcohol, drugs, tobacco -Fireworks or weapons
-Radios, MP3/CD, cell phone -players, gameboys,
-playing cards, or magazines -Please no FOOD or snacks
-Please do not bring anything that would be a distraction to you or others
(include policy if these things make it to camp)

General Store: We carry a variety of items for campers to purchase in our general store such as, camp t-shirts, stuffed animals, flashlights, one-item-use cameras, snacks, bottled water & sodas. We recommend bringing an extra $10 to $20 for these purchases. Juniors have a $1 per day limit on candy and soda. Please note food is not allowed in the cabins (it attracts rodents) and we do not have the room to store snacks. We serve BIG meals so please do not send snacks or food items

Speaker Offering: We pay our speakers a small amount and then invite the campers to give toward their ministry. This is voluntary for the campers and comes out of their General Store money. We are always amazed at their generosity and

Paintball (Sr. High campers only): Paintball sessions are offered during the Sr. High Week of Camp. Campers wishing to participate should bring an extra $5 per-one hour paintball round. At registration they must also turn in a completed Paintball Waiver Form with the signature of Parent/Guardian.

*Necessary Information During Camper?s Stay*

Contacting your camper at camp: We must ask that the phone at camp (801-745-3998) be available for emergencies only. To send mail to your camper, the camp address is P.O. Box 644, Eden UT 84310. Remember to mail by Tuesday to reach us in time.

Family Visits while Camp is in progress: We are sorry but, due to our rapid growth we can no longer facilitate family visits during the camp week. Our staff is available for questions or concerns you might have when you drop your child off & pick them up. If you feel your child is not ready to be away from you for 4 days please consider having them wait one more year before coming to Camp.
